BIOS – MANAGEMENT

Our principals are focused on risk management, investment strategy, transaction sourcing, and operations oversight.

Our principals have over 50 years combined institutional real estate equity investment experience in both domestic & international markets and have acquired over $6 billion worth of commercial real estate. This includes investments in distressed real estate & note purchases, recapitalizations, JV partner buy-outs and direct secondary investing across all major asset classes.

Our principals come from institutional backgrounds, having worked at such large firms as Allianz, AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Management), the Lightstone Group, Madison Marquette and Madison International Realty.

We have been involved with numerous high-profile re-development and re-positioning projects which have been featured in the Real Deal, Brownstoner, Crain’s New York Business and the Wall Street Journal.

Our principals hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Columbia University, Cornell University and Gateshead College as well as hold current real estate broker license’s.

BIOS – ADVISORY COUNCIL

Our advisory council members currently hold senior-level positions at major investment banks and private equity firms. Each member has senior-level institutional real estate investment experience at well-known “blue chip” firms such as The Blackstone Group, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Members formerly ran commercial real estate groups at each of these firms and hold Master of Business Administration degrees from well-known institutions.
